Fairly clean place with skilled and well organised staff members and river views. Well-maintained room with a comfortable decor. Wonderful location not far from the beach in front. Also, in the nature.

The location was perfect, overlooking the river. Our beautifully maintained and absolutely fantastic room had a private safe, a mini bar, and a sofa bed. We were so impressed with the terrific service.

I liked that the hotel was right on the beach, quiet, with family rooms. The animation team was good, a nice pool and possibility to make sport, massages and also it was a small shop very ussefull. The beach is with sand and very clean. Same the water.
We had problems with the food. The same food all the days and the cakes were bad, only chemicals. Also we had indigestia because of somthing that we have eat. The room cleaning was not ok because the lady who was in charge came only in the afternoon, after 1 -2 o'clock and when you have children this is a problem. They must clean the room in the morning when all the people are at the beach. The carpets are old on the corridors and in the rooms, too. They need to be changed.

The hotel is old but in good condition and clean. It is on the beach in a very green area (Baltata natural reservation). If you like the nature it is the best choice. Its very suitable for families with children. If you are not looking for details the hotel is good and recommended. There is free wired Internet in the room and also 2 sundeds (without mattress) and an umbrella for every room.
The staff should be more polite or at least not indifferent with the quests. They should smile :) The room is small and also the bathroom. The food is good but nothing special, if you want something special you will not find it there. I think the manager of the hotel should go to a serious hotel management course. There are little thinks that could be done and make the difference. They should charge 5-10 euro extra per room and offer free of charge the mattress for the sun beds and also they should change the beach towels free of charge. Many people were very annoyed about the desperate guy that was looking if someone is using mattresses and has not paid 3 bgn. Free wireless Internet is also required.

Had a great vacation experience in this venue with friendly and well-organized staff located close to a river.

The hotel is just on the beach, clean room, good selection of food and beverages at the buffet, friendly staff.
I asked for a room with sea view when I booked my room over the internet and what I've got was a room with river/swamp view. The room was very noisy in the evening and during the night and that because of the hundreds of frogs living just outside the balcony. It was nice to know that there are no room available before departing home. The TV in the room is just a desktop monitor and the TV channel selection is poor.

The price at Eu40 per night was excellent for full board via Booked.net -- a massive reduction in price. The location at the end of the resort was excellent and access to the centre was easy via the little train or 10 minute walk (though it was quite easy to get lost at first.) Being a holiday resort gave the hotel a very cosmopolitan flavour.
People on holiday like a drink but there were a couple of drunken Belgians there being rude and loud at night -- lots of crude talk about prostitutes and sex -- and it might have been better if the hotel staff had tackled them. In the resort the taxi drivers are dishonest and to use them you need to bargain. Internet was only available from the lobby which was a slight niggle.
